There shall be no set time limit to the duration and continuation of the association.

   
Declaration of subject-matter

The association considers as its foremost purpose the initiation of social welfare activities. It’s goal is to carry out activities that will contribute to the economic, environmental and cultural development of the village of Zhelen, other villages and non-urban areas in Bulgaria, as well as to cooperate with the state, public and international institutions.

Main objectives

1.      Promotion of the activities of the association for environment-friendly lifestyle;

2.      Preservation and restoration of natural heritage and traditions;

3.      Development of crafts, music and culture;
4.      Guarantees for an authenticity and quality.

Members and general structure of the association

1.      Members donors, who grant a donation each year;

2.      Active members, who pay annual subscription fee;

3.      Honorary members, who are named by the Governing Board and are exempt from subscription fees;

4.    Visiting members. All they have to do is put their signature in a register.

Subsidies from the European Union, the state, municipalities, administrations.

All resources, which are permitted by the law and all legislative regulations.
